Season 12's XP grind is kinda brutal if you play it "normally", so I started building my runs around one simple goal: stop chasing mobs. Blooded Infernal Hordes are the main event, and the Relentless Butcher waves are basically free levels if your clear speed holds. The density is the point. You stand near spawn lanes, drop CC as the first bodies appear, and the Crown does the corralling for you. One thing I see all the time: people crank Torment too high and swear it's "more efficient." It isn't. Torment 3 is the sweet spot because the enemies don't turn into damage sponges, so your run-to-run tempo stays fast and your XP per hour stays honest.



Keeping the routine easy
My daily loop stays simple: Helltides first for mats and a quick rhythm check, then straight into Blooded Hordes until my bags are a disaster. Open caches, salvage, reset, go again.
